Hopi Ear candles are made from a gently placed in each ear, for approx. 10-15 mins each. The top end of the candle is lit and vapours of herbal smoke are drawn upwards, warming the pores of the ear canal and softening the ear wax. The heat creates a vacuum which draws this wax and other debris up into the candle. This debris can include yeast cells, animal hairs and dust.
