Meet the Therapist
I am Karen and I have been a qualified massage therapist since 2006. I am also qualified in deep tissue massage, hot stones massage therapy, reflexology, indian head massage and hopi ear candling.
I love having massage myself and have enjoyed many treatments through the years. After reaping the benefits, I have felt the need to pass my skills onto others. I am at my happiest when I am working in my treatment room and am passionate about supporting and improving clients' mental, physical and spiritual health.

Natural Soul Therapies was founded by Karen Lewis in Sarisbury Green, Southampton, UK.

We offer a variety of holistic treatments aimed to stimulate the body's natural cleansing process whilst also rebalancing the body and mind. Each treatment is bespoke to each individual in the comfort of a calming therapy room. The full range of treatments include holistic massage, deep tissue massage, stone therapy including hot and cold stones, reflexology, Indian head massage, Thai foot massage, detox massage and holistic facials. We also offer a combination of the above to create a truly unique experience. We listen to your needs and are flexible according to your current lifestyle to bring you into the moment.
We provide an initial consultation which will determine what is best suited to you, taking into consideration your preferences, as well as using our extensive knowledge and intuition. A choice of music, no music, creams, waxes and oils can also be given to the client. The pressure used will always be discussed before and during a
treatment.
